Our Team have many years of experience in the delivery of a variety of external finishes and will be able to assist you in making the right choice for your property, no matter what its age or condition.

"Traditional sand and cement render/pebble dashing"

Traditional renders consist of sharp sand, Portland cement and hydrated lime. The proportions of each depend on the type of wall and level of exposure to weather .Application consists of two coats with base coat incorporating waterproof additives and scratch finish in preparation to receive various finishes including, Flat, Stipple, Pebbledash to mention as few.

"K-Rend"

K Rend Silicone Scraped Textured Renders form an attractive range of one coat applications plastered directly onto block work. They can be used as a finish in conjunction with a k Rend base coat and holds the prestigious kitemark licence to BS EN998:2003. There are 20 standard colours in the scraped range. Special colours are also available from a customisable pallet, upon request.

"Monocouche Render"

Monocouche is a one coat, ready mixed, cementitious, weather resistant, external decorative, through coloured render, suitable for most types of brick or block work. Factory produced from carefully selected raw materials for consistency of product. The through colour and one coat features allow for fast application with shorter program periods, thereby reducing associated scaffolding and site costs and permitting the completion of ground works at an earlier stage.  

"Acrylic render"

Acrylic anti-crack renders can be used on many substrates including timber or sheathing, cement boards insulated backgrounds and more.  The flexible anti-crack formulation allows large areas to be seamlessly rendered with perfect colour consistency. A variety of different finishes are available in many different colours. 

"Coving & Cornice: Hand Formed Coving"

Throughout allot of older and period properties they will have larger coving formed onto beading or picture rails etc, we have the expertise to reinstate your ceilings retaining the original character and beauty of your property

"Cornice"

Cornice can be purchased in any number of styles and designs, it comes in various depths and lengths, cornice can also be manufactured to match existing styles and designs for your property.
